Advisory: Phishing Scams Impersonating SG Arrival Card (SGAC)

digitalarrivalform.com

The Singapore Police Force has observed phishing websites impersonating the official SG Arrival Card (SGAC) e-service. These scam sites, such as digitalarrivalform.com, are designed to trick visitors into providing their personal information.

How to Recognise This Scam:

  • Always check the website URL carefully. The official website for the SG Arrival Card is eservices.ica.gov.sg/sgarrivalcard. Scam sites may use similar-looking but incorrect domain names.
  • Be cautious if a website requests payment to submit your SG Arrival Card, as the submission service is free of charge.

What to Do If You Were Affected:

If you suspect you have encountered or fallen victim to such a scam:

  • Add security features: Enhance the security of your online accounts by enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) and changing passwords if you suspect your personal information has been compromised.
  • Check for scam signs: Immediately report any unauthorised transactions to your bank. If you have provided personal details, monitor your accounts closely for suspicious activity.
  • Tell authorities, family and friends: Lodge a police report and inform your loved ones about these scams to help protect them.
