Fake LTA OneMotoring Website Scam

onemotoring-lta-gov.cc

We have observed a rise in phishing scams targeting users through fake LTA OneMotoring websites. Scammers are using websites that mimic the official LTA OneMotoring site to steal your personal information.

Here's how to recognise these scams:

  • Fake Website Address: Always double-check the website address. The fake website address may be similar to the real LTA OneMotoring website (hxxps://onemotoring[.]lta[.]gov[.]sg/content/onemotoring/home[.]html) but with slight misspellings or different domain endings (e.g., .cc instead of .gov.sg).
  • Requests for Personal Information: Be wary of websites that ask for your personal information, such as your phone numbers, bank account details and credit card numbers.

If you have provided your personal or financial information on such a website, please report the incident to the police immediately.
