We have observed an increase in reports of scam websites impersonating the CDC Vouchers scheme. Scammers are using these fake websites to trick you into providing your personal or financial information.

Here's how to recognise these scams:

  • Unusual Website Address: The website address may look slightly different from the official CDC Vouchers website. Check for misspellings or unusual domain names (e.g., using .up.railway.app instead of a legitimate .gov.sg address).
  • Requests for Sensitive Information: The website may ask for your personal banking details or Singpass login information to claim the vouchers. Official websites will not ask for this information through their website.

If you have provided your personal login information on such websites :

  1. Report Immediately: Report the incident to your bank immediately.
  2. Change your Telegram Password: Change your Telegram password immediately to prevent further unauthorised access.
  3. File a Police Report: File a police report with the Singapore Police Force as soon as possible.

Remember, always be cautious when clicking on links and providing your personal information online. Verify the authenticity of websites before entering any sensitive data.
